MSTA: For the Cause of Science Education and Science Talent Search since 1981. The Mumbai Science Teachers' Association (MSTA) was established in 1981 with an objective to provide a platform for the science teachers to enrich and exchange their experiences and with an ultimate goal to widen the scope of science education amongst students.
Over 50,000 students participated in the competition every year. Since then number of participants has been consistently rising from its inception 37 years ago. More than 10,00,000 students are the part of this well-known competition
